Events & Education Programs

The concurrent crises throughout our interconnected systems – our social and environmental, economic and financial, political and education systems to name but a few - are crises of leadership and its development in universities and training centers, organizations and others venues. Many of our ‘best’ educated and trained leaders and teams are directly responsible for the policies and practices that not by accident but logically lead to our current situation – with all its strength and weaknesses. If we have the courage and clarity to recognize the causes for our failures we gain precious opportunities to fundamentally reconsider leadership development – to increase our achievements and reduce our limitations.

Programs and Events: What kinds of learning environments and programs are needed to support leaders – individually and collectively - to mature towards their professional and human potential? How can we achieve effective collaboration across all levels of our complexity – diverse cultures and perspectives, work disciplines and sectors of society among others – that can either divide or enrich us?  How can we integrate the transformation of organizations and societies with personal and relational development? These are the kind of questions that GLN and its members attempt to answer both practically and conceptually by designing and delivering a broad variety of leadership development programs and events.

Global Leadership Development Study: GLN recently conducted a of thirty academic and non-academic programs from around the world that integrate systemic and organizational with personal and interpersonal aspects of leadership.  For more information, see here.
