Organizational Philosophy
GLN is committed to maintaining a very light organizational structure, minimizing financial cost and administrative effort.
We avoid burdening our busy members and instead want to support them in doing their work separately and together.
We encourage de-central interaction between members that might range from collaboration on concrete projects to deep dialogues supporting understanding and development.
We facilitate GLN meetings and projects such as this website, print and audio-visual publications that support communication and co-creation amongst members and with the world.
We grow our membership in an organic manner. Building on real relationships we gradually invite additional practitioners who are of like mind and maturity.
