• Rather than being a professional association, we are a community of learning and action for experienced practitioners working at the cutting edge of local and global leadership related knowledge areas and implementation practices. (See also our definition of 'leadership')
• We are peers supporting each others growth as professionals and human beings in an atmosphere of respectful discovery and deep dialogue, and if it in naturally occurs of personal friendship and pragmatic co-creation. We are intentionally challenging the habitual split between personal and professional life to invite integration of the diverse aspects of our lives.
  
• While we work in different countries and sectors, with diverse organizations and methods, we are all part of building and empowering a wider field of the science, art and craft of global leadership in support of more humane and peaceful, effective and dynamically sustainable civilization.
  
• Membership is by personal invitation only – not because we want to be exclusive but because we want to grow organically based on global diversity and meaningful relationships that allow us to meet in a safe and relaxed atmosphere and trust in the quality of our potential collaboration.
